By using EventClock, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who May Use the Service

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use EventClock.
• You confirm you have the right and authority to agree to and comply with these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Authentication

• You may register using Email/Password or third-party providers (Google, Apple, Facebook, X).
• You agree to provide accurate and current information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• Immediate notification to contact@eventclock.org is required for any unauthorized account use.

4. User Content & Behavior

• You are responsible for any content you submit or choices you make within EventClock.
• Do not use EventClock for illegal, abusive, or misleading activity.
• No messaging, forums, photo upload, or public listings are currently supported.

5. No Geolocation or Sensitive Data Collection

EventClock does not request geolocation, payment, or other sensitive personal data.

6. Modifications, Suspension, and Termination

• We may suspend, terminate, or restrict your account access for violation of these Terms or as required by law.
• You may delete your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

• EventClock is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
• No guarantee of uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure service.
• Use is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of EventClock.
